1. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee

At AlphaGeeks, we stand behind our repair services with a simple philosophy: No Fix, No Fee. If we cannot repair your device or recover your data, you pay nothing. If the issue requires parts or services beyond the scope of diagnosis, we will provide a transparent quote before proceeding.

2. Product Returns

For products purchased through our online shop:

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Process: Contact us to request a return authorization number before returning items
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned items
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

4. Repair Service Guarantees

All our repair services come with the following guarantees:

For data recovery services:

  • We provide a free assessment to determine recoverability
  • Refunds are available if no data is successfully recovered (as per our No Fix, No Fee policy)
  • Recovered data will be returned on a working storage device or uploaded to your cloud storage
  • We take every precaution to prevent data loss during the recovery process

6. Special Circumstances

The following are not covered by our return policy:

  • Items purchased as "final sale"
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect
  • Items without a receipt or proof of purchase
