How the Mail-In Process Works

01

Contact Us First

Before sending your device, contact us by phone or email so we can log your job, confirm the fault details, and give you a reference number to include in the parcel.

02

Package Your Device Safely

Wrap your Mac securely using bubble wrap or foam padding. Place it in a sturdy cardboard box with at least 5 cm of padding on all sides. Do not use soft satchels or envelopes.

03

Include a Note

Place a printed or handwritten note inside the parcel with your full name, phone number, email address, a brief description of the fault, and your job reference number.

04

Send with Tracking

Use a tracked and insured shipping service such as Australia Post Express or StarTrack. We recommend insuring the parcel for the replacement value of your device.

Safe Packaging Tips

Proper packaging is essential to ensure your Mac arrives safely. Follow these guidelines before sealing your box.

Do not use soft satchels or padded envelopes — they do not provide adequate protection for fragile electronics and we cannot accept responsibility for transit damage caused by inadequate packaging.

Use a double-wall cardboard box wherever possible

Wrap the Mac in at least two layers of bubble wrap

Fill empty space in the box with packing peanuts or crumpled paper

Seal all edges with strong packing tape

Do not include power adapters, cables or accessories unless specifically requested

Write 'FRAGILE – ELECTRONICS' clearly on the outside of the box

Keep your tracking number until the job is complete
