Is mail-in repair safe for data privacy?
Yes — all devices are handled under our standard confidentiality processes, and data recovery jobs are kept on secure, isolated systems.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is included in your repair quote once work is approved. You only pay your own shipping to send the device to us.
What if I decide not to proceed after the quote?
If you decline the quote, we can return your device for the cost of return shipping only, with no assessment fee for most services.
How long does mail-in take in total?
Typically 5-10 business days door-to-door depending on your location and the complexity of the repair, plus shipping time.
